Terms for Sign-ups and the Free CRA Check - Earlybell
Version of 9 October 2026.
1. Provider and scope
1. The service provider is The Masters sp. z o.o., registered office ul. Polna 1, 43-512 Bestwina, Poland, KRS 0000546003, NIP 8943060072, VAT ID PL8943060072, share capital PLN 5,000 ("Provider"). Contact: contact@earlybell.eu.
2. "Customer" means a business (a natural person running a business, a legal person or another organisational unit) using the website earlybell.eu.
3. The website is used to test interest in the service. The service itself is not yet provided, except for the free check described in section 2.1(a). Nothing is sold or paid for on this website.
4. These terms apply only to the free check and the sign-up list. The paid service, if launched, will be governed by separate service terms, which the Customer will receive and must accept before any payment.
2. Free electronic services
1. On the website we provide free of charge: (a) the check "Does the CRA apply to me and what do I need to do by December 2027", with the result shown on screen and sent by e-mail; (b) sign-up to the list of interested businesses (early access list).
2. Technical requirements: a web browser with JavaScript enabled and a working e-mail address.
3. The Customer may not submit unlawful content.
4. The agreement for the services in section 2.1 is concluded when the form is submitted. The Customer may terminate it at any time using the link in our e-mail or by writing to contact@earlybell.eu.
5. The result of the check is for information only. It is not legal advice and does not confirm compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 (Cyber Resilience Act).
6. Joining the list does not oblige the Customer to buy anything.
3. Planned service - "CRA on autopilot"
1. Planned scope: an SBOM for each release of the Customer's product, a daily check of known vulnerabilities in dependencies, draft notifications under Article 14 of the Cyber Resilience Act (24-hour early warning, 72-hour notification, final report), a coordinated vulnerability disclosure policy and a security.txt file, and updates of the technical documentation for the obligations applying from 11 December 2027.
2. The Customer remains the manufacturer within the meaning of the Cyber Resilience Act and is responsible for the product's compliance. The Customer reviews and submits all notifications through the single reporting platform. The Provider does not submit notifications on the Customer's behalf and does not act as the Customer's authorised representative.
3. The service will not include: conformity assessment by a notified body, penetration testing, fixing vulnerabilities in the Customer's code, CE marking on the Customer's behalf, or representing the Customer before authorities or CSIRTs.
4. Drafts will be based only on the repository access and information provided by the Customer. The Provider is not a notified body.
4. Liability
1. The free check and the list are provided free of charge. The Provider is liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Sole traders from Poland
A natural person running a business in Poland, for whom the agreement is not of a professional nature (Article 385^5 of the Polish Civil Code), may withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days without giving a reason (Article 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). Leaving the list under section 2.4 has the same effect.
6. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to contact@earlybell.eu. We reply within 14 days.
7. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.
8. Final provisions
1. These terms are available free of charge on the website before the agreement is concluded, in a form that can be downloaded and saved. The Customer accepts them by ticking a checkbox before submitting a form.
2. We notify changes to these terms by e-mail at least 14 days in advance.
3. These terms are governed by Polish law. Courts competent for the Provider's registered office have jurisdiction.
